Before joining KP&A in 2005, Bahar worked at the California Department of Justice and the Los Angeles Superior Court. Now, as an attorney at KP&A, she specializes in pharmaceuticals, products liability, labor and employment, mass tort litigation and class action lawsuits. She plays an active role in all of her cases and has served as liaison counsel in various state coordinated actions. Bahar’s ability to successfully represent plaintiffs in both State and Federal Court has made her a valuable asset.

Bahar received her degree in psychology and political science from The University of California, Los Angeles and earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Consumer Attorneys of California. Bahar is admitted to the State Bar of California.
