Crystal's expertise includes class actions, with an emphasis on consumer fraud, product liability and wage and hour litigation. While in law school, Crystal served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Arthur L. Alarcon, Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Additionally, Crystal completed an honors clerkship with the Office of the California Attorney General and served as a law clerk with Public Counsel Law Center's Homelessness Prevention Law Project.

Crystal received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Los Angeles, graduating cum laude. She earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law where she completed a course of study in Alternative Dispute Resolution and served as an editor of the Dispute Resolution Law Journal. Crystal is admitted to the State Bar of California.
