David's practice focuses primarily on class action and individual cases regarding wage and hour law. David has litigated over 500 employment cases on issues such as wrongful termination, harassment, whistleblowing and discrimination. David has been recognized several times as one of Southern California's "Super Lawyers" in employment litigation and is a frequent guest speaker on wage and hour issues. David has been AV-Rated® by Martindale-Hubbell and is a founding contributor to the LA Trial Lawyers Charities, a non-profit organization.

After graduating with honors from The University of Michigan, he went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Ohio State University. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the California State Bar, the California Employment Lawyers Association and the Consumer Attorneys of California. David is admitted to the State Bar of California.
