As an associate at KP&A, Neda specializes in pharmaceutical mass torts and products liability law suits. Prior to joining KP&A, Neda served as an Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps Fellow at the Public Law Center (PLC) in Santa Ana, California. At PLC, Neda provided direct representation to immigrant victims of persecution, crime, domestic violence, and human trafficking.

Neda graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with degrees in political science and Middle Eastern-North African studies. She earned her Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law. While in law school, Neda held clerkships with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Los Angeles Immigration Court.

She is a member of the Iranian-American Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California and American Association for Justice. Neda is admitted to the State Bar of California.
