Todd has extensive experience representing individuals in catastrophic personal injury, toxic tort and medical negligence/malpractice litigation. In 2005, Todd was named one of the Top Lawyers for the People and one of Houston's best attorneys by H-Houston Magazine for 2007 and 2008. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocate's Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocate's Forum, two national organizations for attorney's who have achieved substantial verdicts for their clients. Out of the office, Todd serves on the Board of Directors for the Sean Ashley House, a home for children and adults with Autism and other severe disabilities, and on the Board of Directors for the Jamie Leigh Foundation, an organization founded to benefit the victims of sexual harassment and violence in the workplace.

Todd received his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas and his Juris Doctor from The Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University. Todd is admitted to the State Bar of Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia.
